At Nivori, we want you to love every product you receive. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • We accept returns within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Items purchased during sales, discounts, or special offers.
  • Products that are damaged due to improper use, handling, or normal wear and tear.
  • Any item not returned in its original condition.

3. Return Process

  • Email us at contact@nivori.in with your order number, reason for return, and product images.
  • Our team will review your request within 24–48 hours.
  • If approved, we will arrange a pickup from your address or share a return shipping address.
  • Once we receive your item, it will undergo a standard quality check.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refunds are issued only after the product clears quality checks.
  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be provided as store credit or bank transfer.
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to availability of stock.
  • If the requested item is unavailable, we will issue a refund or store credit, as per your preference.

6. Order Cancellations

  • Orders can be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.
  • Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled; you may apply for a return instead.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product:

  • Share clear images or video of the item and packaging within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

 

Cancellation Policy

At Nivori, we aim to ensure a smooth and hassle-free shopping experience for all our customers. Please read our cancellation policy carefully.

Order Cancellation by Customer

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order, provided they have not been processed or shipped.
  • To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately at contact@nivori.in with your order number.
  • Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Cancellation by Nivori

We reserve the right to cancel an order under the following circumstances:

  • The item is out of stock or unavailable.
  • Inaccurate or incomplete address or contact information.
  • Payment-related issues.
  • Any unforeseen circumstance that affects order fulfilment.

If we cancel your order, customers will be notified and refunded (if payment was already made).

Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • For prepaid orders cancelled within the allowed period, refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
  • COD orders do not require a refund.
